Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be in new or slightly used condition, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
  • Window: Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Please unpack the parcel on Video (Make a Video while unboxing and the parcel should be packed from all sides) if return is made on the basis of “Different/wrong Item Received” or “item Missing”.

Exceptions:
Certain products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product description page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange

You can choose either of the following methods:

  1. By Mail: Pack the product securely with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. Clearly write our address and contact number on a piece of paper and stick it to the return box. A delivery agent will come to your doorstep to pickup the parcel within 2 days. 
  2. In-Store: Visit our store to return or exchange the product (incase this is more convenient to you).

Once we receive the product, our team will conduct a quality check. For defective or damaged items, we will process your exchange or refund immediately after verification.

Replacement: Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Exchange/ Replacement product will be delivered with in 5-7 business days

Refund Policy

We process refunds for items returned in accordance with this policy:

  1. Refund Methods:
    • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking): Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the amount may reflect within 5–7 business days.
    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Bank transfers are completed within 5–7 business days after receiving your account details.
  2. Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued promptly after quality checks are completed.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not be able to process returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Return requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Missing tags, accessories, or original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
